SPA Configuration Wizard (v.1.0)

This tool will help you provision your SPA for service from a list of selected providers.

Instructions:
1. Enter the SPA IP Address. The IP Address can be announced via a telephone connected
to the SPA. You may reach the announcement menu by pressing * * * * on a phone connected
to the SPA. Press 1 1 0 # to have the he IP address read back to you.
2. Enter a selection for the Line you wish to provision. If you have an SPA-1000, select Line 1.
3. From the drop down menu, choose the Service Provider for whom you wish to configure service.
4. Select the Submit button. A new window will pop-up.
5. Enter the account User ID and Password in the indicated fields. The balance of the necessary
fields for the chosen service provider are already filled in. Select Submit to SPA and you are done!

Notes:
This tool will not work in the following conditions:

  • If the SPA web page is password protected, and you do not know the password
  • If your SPA is provisioned by service provider that does not allow
    an alternative service to be configured on the unused line
  • If configuration for line2 is available, you still can use this tool by choosing line2 option.
